About the Role
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts from functional requirements and user stories. • Create and maintain test data for functional and integration testing. • Collaborate with product and technical teams to define testing needs and scenarios. • Execute manual UI, functional, and regression testing of Salesforce applications. • Design, develop, and run automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack, and LambdaTest. • Perform integration testing to verify communication between Salesforce and third‑party systems such as ERP and payment gateways. • Identify, document, and track defects in Azure Boards or Jira, ensuring timely resolution. • Retest fixed defects and confirm they meet acceptance criteria. • Conduct performance testing for scalability using JMeter or LoadRunner. • Execute API testing with Postman or SoapUI to validate external integrations. • Participate in Agile sprint cycles to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions. • Contribute to testing process improvements and share best practices within the team. • Provide regular test status reports and defect metrics to management. • Assist the QA lead in implementing quality assurance processes. • Train and mentor QA analysts on functional knowledge and QA methodologies. • Hands‑on manual testing of Salesforce projects using Agile Scrum methodology.

What You Bring
Johnson Controls is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Test Analyst to join our growing team. The analyst will ensure quality and performance of Salesforce applications through both manual and automated testing. Working in an Agile environment, the role collaborates with onshore and offshore teams, product managers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce solutions. • 6–8 years of QA experience on medium to large Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). • Experience validating UI screens in Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud environments. • Strong communication skills to share testing knowledge and influence quality outcomes. • Proven ability to plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems. • Background as an IT Quality Assurance professional on projects of varying size. • Expertise in developing test strategies and managing the full defect lifecycle. • Proficiency in risk‑based testing to define testing scope. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. • Salesforce experience required; Commerce Cloud experience is a plus. • Automation tool experience with Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack, and LambdaTest. • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. • Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Preferred Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
