About the Role

Key responsibilities include acting as the liaison between pricing, sales, finance, product management, and technical delivery teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and execute pricing analytics projects. The manager will lead quick‑turn and ad‑hoc initiatives, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop templates and processes that turn pilot insights into scalable solutions. They will define clear project goals aligned with revenue growth and competitive positioning, manage timelines, and communicate risks that could affect pricing execution. The role also focuses on improving pricing data processes by automating manual tasks, redesigning data infrastructure, and optimizing reporting. Delivering high‑quality analytics services through data mining, visualization, and actionable insights is essential, as is partnering with IT leadership to build a long‑term pricing analytics strategy. What You Bring

Ideal candidates bring five or more years of experience in data analytics or reporting with a focus on pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics. They possess strong knowledge of pricing metrics (e.g., price elasticity, margin analysis), proficiency with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, and hands‑on expertise in Alteryx and SQL. Experience managing multiple projects using tools like Jira, excellent communication skills, and a track record of mentoring analytics teams are required. • 5+ years experience in data analytics/reporting with pricing or revenue management focus. • Proficient in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BI) and data preparation (Alteryx, SQL). • Experienced in project management tools such as Jira and stakeholder communication. • Leadership experience mentoring analytics teams, including remote environments. • Nice‑to‑have: manufacturing/CPG/retail pricing experience, data‑science/ML knowledge, cloud platform exposure.
