About the Role

The role is responsible for supporting all administrative functions related to the delivery of Service Project Operations. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the team’s and customers’ needs to provide administrative support across service delivery functions. • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Support team members with administrative tasks such as general business process administration and updating records. • Capture important incoming information and relay it to relevant team members (e.g., meeting changes, customer calls, data from service delivery teams). • Participate in team meetings, training, and toolbox talks. • Perform general document control (filing, printing, archiving, etc.). • Assist management and supervisory staff in preparing project delivery and installation plans. • Collate service delivery documentation (e.g., periodic inspection results, commissioning certificates, electrical test results). • Support service delivery teams with reporting requirements such as health & safety incidents and onboarding. • Assist service delivery teams with material needs, e.g., consumable material shortages. • Generate and implement ideas and suggestions for the team, function, and business.
