About the Role
Mortenson is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives and fostering strong business relationships. The specialist will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing diverse candidates, negotiating with external recruiting resources, conducting reference checks, and extending employment offers. • Serve as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups. • Develop and update staffing priorities and reports. • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings. • Source and staff open positions, recruiting diverse candidates. • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans. • Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources. • Perform reference checks and prepare employment offers. • Design talent sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting, job fairs, and online recruiting. • Refer team members to headquarters services (benefits, issue resolution, drug‑free program). • Recommend hiring decisions to upper management.

What You Bring

Benefits
Mortenson offers a competitive base salary ranging from $96,400 to $144,700, with higher ranges for select locations, and eligibility for the company’s incentive plan.
