About the Role
The role supports development of strategic and FEDSIM pursuits, requiring strategic thinking, project management, and compliance. The manager will work collaboratively remote or in-person, coordinate multiple projects, and communicate with stakeholders. Primary duties include contributing to multi‑layer strategies to win new business, developing content such as Basis of Estimates, staffing plans, and technical and management proposals, and creating sales materials and research analyses. Additional tasks involve supporting pursuit teams from identification through award, translating solutions into compelling content, writing white papers, presentations, marketing collateral, and ensuring consistency of win themes, pricing, and graphics. Collaboration with graphics professionals and business leadership ensures high‑impact deliverables. • Support strategic and FEDSIM pursuit development as strategist and content contributor. • Develop multi‑layer win strategies and related content (Basis of Estimates, staffing plans, technical/management proposals). • Create sales materials, white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral. • Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning teams to translate client needs into differentiated solutions. • Write clear, compliant responses incorporating win themes and discriminators. • Ensure consistency of pricing, technical content, and graphics across pursuit artifacts. • Coordinate with graphics professionals and business leadership for high‑impact deliverables. • Provide pursuit support from opportunity identification through award.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, experience on FEDSIM and large (>$200M) opportunities, and a strong work ethic. Candidates need strong project‑management, persuasive writing, communication, organizational, analytical, and business‑acumen skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, lead or support teams, travel as needed, and use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience. • Proven experience on FEDSIM and large (>$200M) opportunities. • Strong project‑management, resource scheduling, and team facilitation skills. • Excellent persuasive writing, communication, and presentation abilities. • Superior organization, analytical, and business‑acumen capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt priorities, and lead or support teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SharePoint. • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work overtime as needed.
