About the Role

The Architecture Marketing Studio seeks a visual storyteller to create compelling graphics, publications, and multimedia assets that illustrate how buildings, landscapes, interiors, and engineering systems shape the world. Responsibilities include developing award submissions, book designs, social media content, infographics, videos, and presentations, while collaborating closely with architects, designers, and marketing leaders to maintain high‑quality standards. • Apply graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, composition) to elevate visual outputs. • Interpret architectural design content and create visual narratives using graphics, diagrams, infographics, and mixed media. • Produce refined print and digital deliverables. • Brainstorm and develop diagrams and graphics that convey complex data in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts. • Refine architectural drawings, renderings, and animations for clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate with the architecture communications team and Architecture Marketing Studio to generate ideas supporting business goals. • Deliver assignments on time while meeting quality standards. • Work with peer or senior designers on multi‑component projects. • Research and apply new technology and production techniques for each project. • Develop visual standards for awards and external media platforms with design, marketing, and communications leadership.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate curiosity and understanding of basic architectural drawings. • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience (including at least 3 years in architecture). • Degree in Graphic Design, Design Communication, Architecture, or a related discipline. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. • Skilled in layout, typography, alignment, hierarchy, and overall composition. • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design, branding, and visual storytelling. • Experience with Premiere, After Effects, and Audition; ability to create strategic video campaigns. • Ability to design various styles and manage offset/digital printing, color correction, and production coordination. • Knowledge of architectural drawings; familiarity with Rhino, Revit, or similar visualization tools (nice to have). • Excellent communication, negotiation, time and project management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
