About the Role
• Lead on assigned projects to deliver the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards • Determine client requirements, conduct and manage site surveys and investigations, produce calculations, cost estimates, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide quality solutions • Organise tender documents, evaluate tenders and contracts • Develop and mentor junior staff • Liaise continually with our clients to ensure that their expectations are met and that any concerns are heard and addressed appropriately • Clearly understand the objectives of new and existing clients in order to undertake effective business development and identification of opportunities for Stantec • Produce quality project outputs, ensuring scope changes are closely monitored and design work is adequately resourced, reviewed and programmed

What You Bring
You will apply your technical knowledge alongside senior and emerging specialists nationwide, ensuring high‑quality solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably ten years of experience in water infrastructure, strong communication, time‑management and resilience.
