About the Role
The position encompasses a wide range of testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures. Project management responsibilities include overseeing inspections, air-leakage testing, roofing assessments, construction quality-assurance observations, design-specification reviews, field performance testing, and building enclosure commissioning consulting. Occasional field and laboratory testing, interaction with senior staff, and preparation of reports and proposals are also required. • Perform inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures. • Conduct air leakage testing, roofing assessments, and construction quality‑assurance observations. • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and maintain a client database. • Manage project budgets, invoicing, and mentor junior staff members. • Promote workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED; a B.Arch, M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by NAAB, or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related ABET-accredited field is preferred. At least two years of relevant building enclosure consulting experience is required, and IIBEC certifications such as RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, or RBEC are encouraged. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED; preferred B.Arch/M.Arch (NCARB) or BS in Engineering/Building Science. • Minimum two years of building enclosure consulting experience required. • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) are a plus.
