About the Role

What You Bring
In addition to sales duties, the position requires strong administrative skills, including accurate order entry and documentation. Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with occasional indoor and outdoor work as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, as well as familiarity with construction and industrial tools. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment rental experience, excellent customer service and telephone skills, solid computer abilities, completion of the DOT qualification process, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred • Strong customer service and telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative abilities • Completion of DOT qualification process preferred • Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be preferred
