About the Role

• Perform constructability and biddability reviews. • Conduct field reviews for mainline and expansion projects. • Analyze traffic control for each proposed phase. • Review construction schedules and recommend issue resolutions. • Coordinate initial utilities before construction. • Provide problem‑solving solutions to engineers (preferred).

We are all employee‑owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification (preferred). • Florida DOT or Florida Turnpike experience (preferred). • Roadway construction experience (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience. • At least 5 years of progressive, multidisciplinary construction experience. • Understanding of contracts and relevant construction codes and laws. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies. • Work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future for this position.
