About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week, ensuring compliance with online risk profiles, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center procedures. • Develop and coordinate detailed weekly maintenance and modification schedules that comply with technical specifications and maintenance rules while minimizing safety risks. • Oversee execution of the work‑week schedule, ensuring adherence to online risk profiles, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center procedures. • Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, project managers, and support personnel to create accurate and effective schedules. • Manage priority emergent work and coordinate forced outages as needed. • Evaluate schedule execution performance, generate weekly performance analysis reports, and drive corrective actions during Performance Analysis Review meetings. • Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work‑management organization. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and support of outage activities outside the department.

What You Bring

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED with 6 years related experience; meet access and medical requirements for the role. • Preferred: Strong PC scheduling skills (Microsoft Office, Access, Adobe) and experience with Primavera P6. • Additional preferred credentials: Senior Reactor Operator license/certification, engineering or technical degree, supervisory/managerial/project management experience, PMP certification.
