About the Role
The plumber will specialize in plumbing maintenance and repairs, including fixture installation, soldering, brazing, and troubleshooting systems such as sinks, drains, water heaters, and pumps, while operating and maintaining tools like drain‑cleaning machinery and pipe‑fitting equipment. Daily responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, communicating status to residents and office staff, responding to emergencies, participating in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability, and assisting with property inspections, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of grounds and common areas. • Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs, including fixture installation, soldering, brazing, and system troubleshooting. • Operate and maintain drain‑cleaning machinery and pipe‑fitting tools. • Complete daily service requests within 24 hours and communicate status to residents and staff. • Respond to emergencies and participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability. • Assist with property inspections, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of grounds and common areas.
