About the Role

The HSE PTW Coordinator Mechanical (Site) role supports a PMC project with gas processing experience and is based in Abu Dhabi. The position oversees safety and permit‑to‑work activities for both onshore and offshore gas processing plants. • Oversee and manage the permit‑to‑work (PTW) system for all mechanical activities on site. • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and KBR’s safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct risk assessments and safe‑work method reviews for onshore and offshore gas processing operations. • Coordinate PTW issuance and closure with EPC, detail‑engineering, and PMC teams. • Liaise with ADNOC and other client representatives to align HSE requirements. • Provide HSE guidance and training to contractors and site personnel. • Monitor and report PTW performance metrics and incident trends to senior management.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of oil‑and‑gas industry experience, including EPC and detail‑engineering projects. • Proven experience on ADNOC and PMC projects, with at least 5 years on onshore/offshore gas processing plants. • Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
