Global Advisory – Strategic Growth Lead, GCC

About the Role

In this full‑time position, the Global Advisory Lead will spearhead the development and integration of more than 500 Advisory professionals across multiple GCC locations—including India, Colombia, Mexico, Manila, and Romania—ensuring alignment, cohesion, and high‑performance delivery throughout WSP’s global Advisory network. Partnering closely with the Global Director, Advisory and regional leadership, the role will establish and implement an optimal GCC Advisory operating model that balances centralized and regional capabilities while delivering measurable business outcomes. It also involves designing a strong employee value proposition, fostering engagement, and creating recognition and reward mechanisms to attract and retain world‑class talent. As a strategic influencer and people‑centric leader, the incumbent will build centres of excellence such as Economics Advisory and Digital Advisory, drive digital enablement initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration across regions.
