About the Role

• Serve as the technical authority on Schneider Electric's protection relay portfolio across Australia. • Partner with sales, presales, and channel teams to deliver optimal solutions to customers. • Provide technical support, design consultation, and compliance guidance for pre‑sales and tender projects. • Lead training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders. • Interpret single‑line diagrams, coordinate protection studies, and develop optimized relay settings. • Prepare accurate, well‑documented technical material to support solution proposals. • Stay current with IEC, ANSI, and Australian standards and influence market strategy. • Relay feedback to product development to ensure solutions meet local market needs. • Align technical solutions with customer needs and support value‑based selling.

What You Bring

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • Possess 5‑8 years of experience in protection systems, preferably within the Australian market. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of IEC, ANSI, and Australian protection standards. • Have practical experience with Schneider Electric protection relays or equivalent platforms. • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system design layouts. • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Willingness to travel across Australia for client and site support.
