About the Role
In this position you will keep Defence projects on schedule, manage documentation and financial tracking, and ensure smooth communication among project and design managers. You will also support risk management, quality checks, and audit readiness. • Coordinate project schedules, activities, and deadlines to keep Defence projects on track. • Support Project and Design Managers by streamlining workflows and tracking milestones. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including minutes, reports, and correspondence. • Assist with budgets, invoices, procurement, and resource allocation in collaboration with finance teams. • Build stakeholder relationships, contribute to quality checks, support risk management, and maintain audit readiness.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least five years of project administration experience in construction, infrastructure or Defence, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project and SharePoint. Australian citizenship is required and a Defence clearance is preferred or attainable. • 5+ years of project administration experience in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to produce professional reports and presentations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project; SharePoint experience advantageous; familiar with governance, risk and quality processes. • Proactive, solutions‑focused, collaborative mindset thriving in fast‑paced multidisciplinary teams. • Australian citizenship required; Defence clearance preferred or obtainable.
