About the Role

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of the full credit lifecycle, including new customer credit assessments, periodic reviews of existing accounts, and ad‑hoc credit‑limit increase requests. You will analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to evaluate risk, approve or reject credit limits, and classify customers as high, medium or low risk. Daily duties also include preparing business‑unit credit reports, updating approved limits in the ERP system, and ensuring alignment with the global credit policy and standard payment terms. • Perform credit assessments for new customers, periodic reviews, and ad‑hoc limit increase requests. • Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to evaluate credit risk. • Approve or deny credit limits and categorize customers as high, medium, or low risk. • Prepare and report business‑unit credit reports and update approved limits in ERP. • Ensure compliance with global credit policy, payment terms, SOX, and statutory regulations. • Support internal and external audits for assigned business units. • Identify process improvements and implement best practices in credit operations. • Meet performance metrics and SLA targets during monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing. • Promote diversity, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives toward net‑zero carbon goals.

What You Bring

We seek candidates who have deep knowledge of our Global Credit Policy, strong credit‑risk analysis skills, and the ability to conduct thorough reviews of financial statements. Compliance with SOX, statutory regulations and audit requirements is essential, as is the ability to meet performance measures and SLA targets during monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles. The role requires coordination with the CMD team for ERP updates and adherence to delegated authority (DOA) approval procedures. • Require knowledge of credit risk analysis, DOA approvals, and ERP liaison with CMD team.
