About the Role

The role monitors current and projected inventory levels across the network against financial targets and entitlement, identifies deviations and drives corrective actions. It actively participates in S&OE meetings, reporting inventory progression for ME and MPS visibility. The incumbent also prepares and aligns inventory expectations and forecasts for the monthly forecasting process. Key responsibilities include running inventory scenarios in Kinaxis based on S&OE/RCCP inputs, updating product segmentation and assortment in collaboration with network planners and SIOP, and setting inventory parameters for finished goods and raw materials in SAP and Kinaxis. The position leads cross‑functional inventory reduction projects, conducts root‑cause analyses, and provides decision‑making support to network planners and schedulers. It also maintains master‑data parameters, tracks slow‑moving and excess‑and‑obsolete inventory, and produces daily MIS reports covering key inventory metrics. What You Bring

Candidates should hold an engineering degree or preferably a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Materials, or Production, with 7‑12 years of relevant global inventory management experience. Certifications like CPIM, CSCP or PMP are advantageous. Required technical skills include advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Kinaxis, and preferably Power BI, SQL, and query building. Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, influencing, and communication skills are mandatory. • Require 7‑12 years of inventory/material planning experience in a global environment. • Prefer MBA or related postgraduate degree; CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certifications a plus. • Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Kinaxis; knowledge of Power BI and SQL beneficial. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, influencing, and communication skills.
