About the Role
You will be an integral part of our administrative team, supporting various departments and ensuring the detailed execution of administrative tasks. Your validated organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and improving the overall efficiency of our operations. • Develop a general understanding of the business to provide administrative assistance and support. • Take and transcribe minutes. • Provide executive-level support with interdepartmental management and serve as a liaison. • Schedule appointments and meetings for GM/AGM. • Arrange travel and coordinate expenses for senior leaders. • Maintain an orderly office filing system; file, fax, photocopy, and distribute mail as needed. • Anticipate the needs of leadership and take appropriate action. • Craft and implement project-driven administrative tasks, including presentation items, equipment ordering, and meeting planning. • Build and process internal and external memos such as announcements, incentives, public releases, notifications, and action plans.
