About the Role

• Conduct feasibility studies, advise on procurement strategies, and prepare procurement reports using value management techniques. • Manage estimating and cost‑planning activities, own and present final cost plans. • Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients and stakeholders. • Serve as a key interface with clients, stakeholders and consultants throughout all project stages. • Handle contractual frameworks, including standard forms of contract and contract law considerations. • Identify and implement improvements to cost‑management procedures, templates, and internal systems. • Apply value engineering and life‑cycle costing principles. • Participate in a collaborative, inclusive team and benefit from global design support and best‑practice knowledge.

Successful candidates will help shape major national infrastructure programmes across Canada. • Demonstrated experience in the construction sector with strong knowledge of contract law. • Ability to work on high‑speed rail, mass transit, urban regeneration and infrastructure programmes in Canada.
