About the Role
Key responsibilities include analyzing market and sales data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and providing insights to optimize GTM plans. The analyst will help create segmentation, value propositions, messaging, and profitability analytics, as well as establish metrics that link investments to P&L performance. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams ensures execution of initiatives and regular KPI reporting to stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 4–7 years of data‑analysis experience, preferably in waste solutions or environmental services, and a strong track record executing GTM initiatives with cross‑functional leadership. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools, along with the ability to evaluate P&L impact, is required. Strong communication, presentation, and project‑management skills are essential for thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Additionally, applicants need 4–7 years of marketing, business‑development, or GTM strategy experience in a B2B setting, and demonstrated capability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority. Experience with product ownership, pricing, and project management is also required. The role is not sponsorship‑eligible.
