About the Role
In this role you will coordinate all design phases with contractor personnel, direct integration, fabrication, and functional testing of systems, and ensure performance meets specifications. You will set up, operate, and calibrate laboratory equipment, conduct complex experiments, collect and analyze data, and maintain a clean, operational lab space and inventory. Additionally, you will develop fluid‑flow models for air and liquid systems and assist with writing and editing material for publications and presentations. • Resolve novel systems and develop new engineering techniques • Coordinate design phases and direct system integration and testing • Set up, operate, and calibrate laboratory equipment per research protocols • Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and maintain accurate records • Develop fluid‑flow models for air and liquid systems • Prepare and edit technical publications and presentations • Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure a clean, operational workspace

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or a master’s degree with demonstrable experience. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to resolve novel systems, coordinate design phases, operate laboratory equipment, analyze data, develop fluid‑flow models, and produce clear technical documentation. Strong analytical, writing, and data‑management skills are essential, and no security clearance is required. • Hold a B.S. with 2 years experience or an M.S. with relevant experience • Demonstrated analytical, writing, and data‑management skills • No security clearance required
