About the Role
The Trade Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Delta Faucet Company’s Trade sales organization, blending sales enablement, business administration, and continuous improvement. This early‑career position offers deep insight into how sales, operations, and marketing intersect to drive success. The role includes coordinating materials for customer meetings and trade shows, collaborating with channel marketing and CRM analysts on campaign execution, maintaining accurate sales data, and providing administrative support to the Trade sales team. Additional responsibilities involve managing Salesforce CRM data quality and user access, participating in user‑acceptance testing, cross‑training with the Sales Enablement team, and supporting internal Trade Leadership Team meetings, events, and onboarding processes. • Coordinate support materials for customer meetings and trade shows. • Partner with Channel Marketing and CRM Analyst on campaign planning and Salesforce data uploads. • Maintain accurate sales directories, territory maps, and distribution lists. • Provide sales administrative support for Trade Sales as prioritized by manager. • Maintain and enhance CRM data quality in Salesforce. • Manage CRM user access onboarding, termination, setup, and troubleshooting. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing as subject matter expert for data records and user access. • Cross‑train with Sales Enablement team to provide support and develop new skills. • Organize Trade Leadership Team meetings, events, and maintain the event calendar. • Process system access requests for new hires and keep role‑based documentation up to date. • Manage invoice processing for Trade Sales Enablement contracts.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or a related field, experience in sales support or administration, and strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Salesforce and strong organizational abilities are also preferred. Success in this position requires a customer‑focused, detail‑oriented mindset, the ability to leverage data for insights, teamwork across functions, and a continuous‑improvement attitude aligned with DFC’s mission to transform water experiences. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field preferred. • Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred. • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, and Co‑Pilot. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for data entry and management. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Customer‑focused relationship management. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. • Data‑driven mindset using CRM and reporting tools to generate insights. • Team‑oriented and adaptable to cross‑functional collaboration. • Continuous improvement mindset.
