About the Role
In-House Marketing Specialist. As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts. Qualifications: Candidates must greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation while adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, and meeting performance goals. Attendance at scheduled training sessions and department meetings is required, along with staying current on marketing materials, industry trends, and performance goals. Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required; meeting production standards is essential. • Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador representing Hilton Grand Vacations. • Act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience. • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests. • Greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour. • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. • Schedule sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.

Benefits
Compensation: $20 an hour plus commission for three weeks during the training period. After training, the pay is $12.77 hourly plus uncapped commission, with average reps earning $70k+ and top reps reaching $100k+.
