About the Role

The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator acts as the on‑the‑ground marketing partner for a division, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants, and regional marketing initiatives. This role ensures that marketing activities are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with the Lennar brand. The position involves collaborating with sales leaders, managing signage and marketing materials, coordinating events, and supporting national and regional campaign rollouts at the community level. It also serves as a liaison among sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to guarantee flawless execution. • Serve as the primary marketing resource for sales leaders and New Home Consultants in the field. • Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral in partnership with regional teams. • Support Quick Move‑In homes with accurate signage, MLS posting, and community photography. • Oversee exterior and interior color‑selection updates for assigned communities. • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across divisions. • Partner with approved signage vendors for installations, removals, and updates. • Manage the marketing closet, ensuring current branded materials are organized. • Plan and execute on‑site logistics for local events such as grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends. • Support the rollout of national and regional campaigns at the community level. • Oversee community launch tasks, including WHC office setup, Self‑Guided Tour installation/removal, and basic office systems. • Provide photography support for homes, models, local area, testimonials, and lifestyle content. • Act as liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing to ensure flawless execution.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (a bachelor’s degree is preferred), 0‑2 years of marketing coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools such as MLS, Canva, and Airtable. Weekly travel within the assigned division is required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. • 0–2 years of marketing coordination experience required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital platforms (MLS, Canva, Airtable). • Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Weekly community‑level travel within the assigned division.
