About the Role
The Furniture Project Management (FPM) Coordinator reports to the Furniture Program Senior Manager and supports the Workplace Operations and Logistics Team with planning and implementing furniture relocations, moves, reconfigurations, and electrical/data coordination alongside IT/AV systems logistics. This role emphasizes strong customer service, vendor management, and financial reporting to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Day‑to‑day duties include reviewing vendor date extensions, creating and verifying monthly work orders, maintaining trackers such as furniture aging reports and spend tracking, and generating RFQs and quotes. The coordinator schedules meetings, facilitates planning discussions, supports onboarding of vendors, collaborates with Finance on accruals, invoicing, budget variances, and monthly reports, and assists with building decommissioning and quarterly vendor audits. • Coordinate furniture relocations, moves, reconfigurations, and IT/AV logistics. • Manage vendor participation, schedule meetings, and facilitate planning discussions. • Create and verify work orders, maintain tracking reports, and handle furniture aging and spend tracking. • Generate RFQs, obtain quotes, conduct building audits, and support project execution and closeout. • Collaborate with Finance on accruals, invoicing, budget variances, and monthly financial reports. • Oversee decommissioning processes, inventory tracking, and quarterly vendor audits. • Serve as single point of contact for technology tools, run reports, and manage inventory storage needs. • Ensure compliance with documented processes, client, and JLL policies.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are 2–4 years of practical experience in project or move management within the furniture industry, strong finance and data‑analytics skills for managing accruals and budget variances, and proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, and project‑management tools like Smartsheets or Clarizen. Excellent written and verbal communication, client‑focused service, multi‑tasking ability, and adherence to documented processes are also essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of furniture systems, warehouse operations, and the full furniture project lifecycle, as well as advanced experience in budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting within facilities or corporate real estate. Experience with CAFM platforms, operational improvements, SOP development, and managing complex logistics or contractor relationships is valued. • Minimum 2–4 years project or move management experience with strong finance and data‑analytics skills. • Proficient in Google Workspace and project‑management platforms such as Smartsheets or Clarizen. • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client‑facing abilities. • Knowledge of furniture systems, warehouse operations, and lifecycle management. • Experience in budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting within facilities management.

Benefits
The estimated compensation for this position is $72,000 – $90,000 per year and the role is based on‑site in San Francisco, CA. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
