About the Role
The Assembler 1 role involves assembling generator sets and sub‑assemblies for both standard and non‑standard product lines, using hand and power tools while following quality and procedural standards. You will work in an international environment at Rolls‑Royce, a globally recognized leader in engineering excellence. • Follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform basic assembly in final and sub‑assembly areas. • Cross‑train in multiple assembly stations and assist other areas as needed. • Identify and report defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, and quality issues. • Adhere to safety, environmental procedures and the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct. • Provide input on continuous improvement opportunities and support special projects.
