About the Role
Responsible for all preventative and necessary maintenance for cleaning of the HVAC system coils for AHU’s and chillers, cooling tower oil sampling, cooling tower layup and start up for the heating and cooling seasons and HVAC pump and strainer cleaning. • Perform preventative maintenance cleaning of HVAC system coils for AHUs and chillers. • Conduct cooling tower oil sampling. • Manage cooling tower layup and startup for heating and cooling seasons. • Clean HVAC pumps and strainers.
