About the Role
In this position you will develop and implement business plans for Modern Trade accounts, manage trade promotional budgets, and ensure achievement of sales KPIs across international key accounts, hypermarkets and local supermarkets. You will lead daily customer engagement, coordinate in-store execution with merchandisers and promoters, and build strategic cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders. • Develop and implement business plans for Modern Trade accounts to meet sales targets. • Achieve sales KPIs across international key accounts, hypermarkets, and local supermarkets. • Manage trade promotional budget and allocate Trade Funds to drive a profitable sales mix. • Create and evaluate promotion strategies aligned with annual sales, marketing, and category plans. • Utilize business management tools (PTCS, SPO) to monitor Trade Promotion Funds. • Provide daily customer engagement and business‑building activities to ensure targets are met within budget. • Lead and direct merchandisers and promoters for in‑store execution according to business plans. • Build strategic, cross‑functional relationships with key stakeholders at various customer levels. • Implement customers’ trading terms, business plans, financial viability analysis, and trade pricing strategy.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (or a diploma) and possess more than five years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for working with people are essential. The role is based in Singapore (UE Square) and is open only to local candidates authorized to work in the country; relocation support is not provided. The position is full‑time and classified as a regular employee. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or diploma) and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and presentation skills. • Enjoy working with people and thrive in a performance‑driven, caring culture.
