What You Bring
The role of Urban Planner will lead the city‑side development of multiple airports, shaping sustainable and functional urban spaces that meet both developer aspirations and community needs. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in urban planning, possess 12‑16 years of relevant experience, and have a proven background in the aviation sector. • Master’s degree in urban planning or related field (mandatory). • 12–16 years of professional experience in urban planning and development. • Proven aviation sector experience with strong understanding of airport city‑side development. • Demonstrated expertise in delivering large‑scale urban planning projects. • Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, land‑use regulations, and sustainability practices. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex development challenges. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency with urban planning software such as GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Visionary thinker capable of anticipating future urban development needs. • Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
