What You Bring
We are currently looking to fill multiple Road Maintenance positions to successfully deliver road maintenance, hazard and emergency response commitments across the region. These roles suit individuals who enjoy working outdoors and travelling in regional SA to undertake a variety of activities to a high standard with a strong regard for safety. • Strong motivation to help the community through quality maintenance practices • Current Medium Rigid / Heavy Rigid licence • Construction Induction / White Card (essential) • Current Traffic Control tickets (highly regarded) • Proven ability to operate mobile plant, machinery and equipment, especially in road maintenance and pavement work • Availability to work night shifts, emergency call‑outs, and weekends when required • Proficient with technology, including tablets and smartphones • Experience leading teams to achieve productivity targets (for Leading Hand role)
