Senior Service Technician

About the Role

• Inspect and service air‑conditioning units to maintain optimal performance. • Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC malfunctions. • Install, replace, and calibrate thermostatic controls and HVAC equipment. • Service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, and heat pumps. • Adjust internal electrical controls, clean coils, and verify motor and belt conditions. • Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in system design planning. • Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with city, state and EPA regulations.

What You Bring

As a Serviceman you will be the face of confidence for our customers, applying commercial HVAC expertise across installations, repairs and maintenance. The role offers both independent decision‑making and teamwork, suited for trade professionals eager to advance their skills. Applicants should have several years of relevant HVAC experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet required licensing and safety certifications. • Follow OSHA‑approved safety protocols and hold required low‑voltage and EPA refrigerant certifications. • Lift, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lb and possess a valid driver’s license.
