About the Role
The Truck Driver is responsible for hauling materials and equipment to and from job sites, including pole‑to‑pole transport, and supporting the line crew by offloading supplies to improve job efficiency. This role works closely with various departments and assists in preparing work zones and groundwork for Linemen, while also contributing to the training of new drivers. • Haul equipment and materials to and from job sites and between poles safely. • Perform groundwork and prepare necessary materials for Linemen. • Establish safe work zones using signs, cones, and other barriers. • Assist in training new truck drivers.

What You Bring
Operating in a field environment, the position requires frequent bending, squatting, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in inclement weather such as extreme heat, cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind. Drivers must maintain clear vision at distance and near ranges, demonstrate precise hand‑eye coordination, and be able to identify colors to safely perform essential functions. • Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, Class A CDL, clean driving record. • Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of relevant driving experience. • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions.
