About the Role

As an intern you will support engineering teams on inspiring and collaborative designs, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to innovative solutions while working in a fast‑paced, close‑knit team. Interns participate in our Intern Education Program, which includes lunch‑and‑learn sessions, hands‑on project work, and site visits, preparing them for a full‑time role and the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program after graduation. • Assist engineers in preparing design documentation • Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of electrical systems • Perform design calculations and size building electrical systems • Conduct field investigations and construction site visits • Attend lunch‑and‑learn sessions as part of the intern education program

What You Bring

The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, and is eager to expand technical knowledge. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, be at least in their second year, and possess basic proficiency with design software and the MS Office suite. Prior internship or co‑op experience and familiarity with the latest MEP AutoCAD and Revit are advantageous. The EDT program provides accelerated, thorough training that covers both technical and business aspects of engineering, with senior engineers mentoring each participant. EIT/FE certification is required. • Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university • Be at least in the second year of study • Prior engineering internship or co‑op experience is a plus • Knowledge of the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and Revit is a plus • Basic proficiency with design/calculation software and the MS Office suite
