What You Bring
Candidates need at least eight years of land development experience, a Professional Engineer license, strong technical skills, and proven business development abilities. • Communicate openly with partners and team • 8+ years managing land development projects • Hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D • Experience in business development, proposal writing, scoping, and budgeting • Communicate positively at all organizational levels • Demonstrated profitable project management
