Trainees learn to increase profitability, maximize efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and lead teams, and must be willing to relocate after training. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience, have at least two years of work experience, be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record throughout employment. The role combines office and plant/field environments, requiring use of standard office equipment such as computers and phones, while also meeting physical demands typical of field work.
