About the Role

• Travel regularly to the construction site. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau. • Incorporate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction teams into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies aligned with company and contractor expectations. • Work with project managers and subcontractors to preserve schedule integrity. • Provide quality‑assured schedule performance reporting to functional groups and contractors. • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports. • Prepare progress reports and integrated planning contributions for monthly client updates. • Produce high‑level look‑ahead reports (1, 3, 6 months) from P6. • Perform probabilistic and trend analysis on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential schedule delays and conduct critical‑path and risk analyses. • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and assess change‑order impacts. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler for its data‑center team on a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires on‑site presence Monday‑Friday, with a per‑diem available for non‑relocating candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing and managing construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, deep knowledge of scheduling best practices and project controls, and strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction. • Experience in mission‑critical environments, including commissioning activities. • Understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing. • Extensive expertise creating large‑scale schedules in Primavera P6. • Background in project controls and familiarity with construction drawings and specifications. • Ability to work independently and produce detailed concept‑level schedules from limited information. • Skilled at coordinating with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining scheduler independence. • Knowledge of system start‑up sequences and major dependencies. • Proficiency in converting data into Tableau reports and graphics. • Strong collaboration and communication abilities. • BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • AACE PSP certification (beneficial) and EIT certification (preferred).
