About the Role
The role is responsible for maintaining a safe and productive production environment. This includes ensuring the work area has the required inventory, keeping machines and equipment operational, and maintaining a clean and well‑maintained work floor. • Ensure production area is safe, productive, and stocked with required inventory. • Maintain production machines and equipment. • Keep equipment and work floor clean, safe, and well‑maintained. • Operate a forklift. • Handle shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing slips. • Work at heights, on ladders, stairways, platforms, and man lifts with fall protection.

What You Bring
Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, good organization, basic computer proficiency, forklift experience, and familiarity with shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing slips. Preference is given to current Zachry or Zachry ROF‑ed employees who possess production knowledge and strong problem‑solving abilities. The position requires extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lb, as well as the ability to work at heights, on ladders, stairways, platforms, and man lifts with appropriate fall protection. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, safety glasses or goggles, hearing protection, respirator, safety vest, gloves, and leather work boots. • Communicate effectively and follow instructions. • Demonstrate strong organization and basic computer skills. • Current Zachry or Zachry ROF‑ed employee (preferred). • Possess production knowledge and problem‑solving abilities (preferred). • Perform extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lift up to 50 lb. • Wear required PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, vest, gloves, and leather boots.
