About the Role

The Regional Facilities Manager (Regional FM) will be the primary point of contact supporting the client to ensure exemplary service delivery aligned with the JLL IFM contract across EMEA and in harmony with the global account. In cooperation with the client, the Regional FM will oversee integrated facility management (IFM) services, covering contract delivery, health and safety, engineering, legislative compliance, contractor management, sustainability, value‑adding and innovation. The role encompasses six major accountabilities: health and safety management, people management, client management, contract management, finance management and site operations management. The Regional FM will deliver the defined scope of work for the assigned property portfolio while ensuring alignment with the master agreement schedules. People management involves providing leadership for the site FM team, mentoring, training, addressing staffing needs and fostering teamwork. Client management focuses on enhancing client employee satisfaction, regularly engaging with client managers and ensuring expectations are met within contractual obligations. Contract management requires delivering services at the right cost, collaborating with regional and global purchasing on sourcing strategies. Finance management ensures sites meet financial targets, control requirements and produce required reports. Site operations management is responsible for all facility operations, implementing best‑practice procedures, reporting key performance metrics, handling critical incidents, completing audits, and maintaining relationships with third‑party tenants or owners. • Ensure a safe working environment for staff, clients, contractors, and visitors. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FM team while addressing staffing needs. • Manage client expectations and enhance client employee satisfaction. • Oversee contract delivery, cost control, and sourcing strategies with purchasing. • Meet financial targets and produce required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. • Direct site facilities operations, apply best‑practice procedures, and monitor KPIs. • Respond promptly to critical performance incidents and complete audits/CSAs. • Maintain relationships with third‑party tenants and property owners. • Coordinate the annual capital plan for the assigned property portfolio. • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost or boost service.
