About the Role

Based in Washington, DC, the In‑house Sales Leader will guide a team that showcases HGV’s luxurious offerings, turning vacation dreams into reality. You will lead, mentor, and model effective sales and customer‑service practices while driving net‑sales volume and upholding the Hilton brand culture. • Generate maximum sales efficiency while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume • Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture • Lead sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices • Maintain a professional image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service
