About the Role

Key duties include conducting up‑to‑date site surveys, producing reports for quoting new or replacement equipment, and performing commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial water‑ and air‑cooled chillers and heat pumps. The engineer will act as the primary technical contact, resolving complex system issues within defined timeframes and service agreements, primarily serving large customers in the pharmaceutical, life‑science and high‑tech sectors in Leinster. • Commission, service, troubleshoot and maintain industrial water‑/air‑cooled chillers and heat pumps. • Conduct site surveys and generate reports to support equipment quoting. • Serve as primary technical contact, resolving complex issues within agreed timeframes. • Support major Leinster customers, especially in pharmaceutical, life‑science and high‑tech sectors. • Adhere to health and safety standards and contribute to team success.

What You Bring

We are seeking a qualified HVAC/Refrigeration Service Engineer based in Dublin/Leinster to join our specialist chiller technician team. The role focuses on commissioning and maintaining chiller equipment while supporting customers' facilities, with opportunities for professional development through meaningful projects and training. Candidates must hold a Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate, Safe Pass and Manual Handling cards, and be qualified to at least NFQ level 5. A relevant refrigeration trade qualification or industrial electrician background is required, with experience in major chiller manufacturers such as York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier or Daikin preferred; ammonia experience and previous work on large centrifugal or screw chillers are advantageous. A full‑clean Irish driving licence is essential. • Hold Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate, Safe Pass and Manual Handling cards. • Qualified to NFQ level 5 with a refrigeration trade qualification or industrial electrician background. • Experience with York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier, Daikin or similar chiller manufacturers; ammonia experience a plus. • Full‑clean Irish driving licence.
