About the Role
In the role you will assist your line manager with commercial administration, reporting and performance on large projects or smaller schemes. You will work with the latest Oracle software, evaluate expenditure reports, help procure subcontractors, draft documentation and support the administration of subcontract work packages. The position may involve travel to other sites and occasional stays away from home. • Participate in creating a safe working environment. • Use Oracle software tools to support accurate cost and value reporting. • Assist in interpreting and evaluating internal expenditure reports. • Help procure subcontract partners, prepare bid enquiry documentation and evaluate bids. • Draft subcontract documentation. • Apply ‘Doing the right thing’ principles to maximise value and profit. • Support administration of subcontract work packages, including interim assessments and change management. • Assist in producing and issuing commercial notices to clients and subcontractors as required by contract and law.
