About the Role
Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world‑class destinations. This role involves meeting guests face‑to‑face, investing time in rapport, touring the resort and amenities, and inviting them to become part of the Hilton Grand Vacations family. The associate greets guests, listens to travel interests, and offers appropriate options. They present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales and leads while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Ongoing communication with clients through email, phone, and written correspondence ensures customer satisfaction. Weekly sales training is required, and the associate must carry out reasonable management requests. • Greet guests and assess travel interests to recommend suitable vacation options. • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales and qualified leads. • Maintain client communication via email, phone, and written correspondence. • Attend weekly sales training sessions. • Apply HGV selling concepts and promote a collaborative environment. • Execute reasonable requests from management. • Resolve complex customer service issues in a fast‑paced setting. • Meet all compensation plan goals.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a valid Florida real estate license (preferred), at least one year of sales or customer‑service experience with a proven track record, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
