About the Role
The Associate – Technical Assessment and Monitoring will support the Risk Advisory team in delivering high-quality assessments of residential, commercial and township projects. The role ensures compliance with development regulations, oversees building approval processes, and provides accurate cost estimates and progress reporting. Coordination with consultants and account management are also key components of the assignment. • Create detailed project cost estimates covering civil, MEP, finishing, infrastructure, and consultant fees. • Conduct on-site visits to gather primary data, monitor progress, and summarize findings. • Prepare BOQ-level quantity take-offs and perform labour and material rate analysis. • Perform bill certification for work executed at the site. • Review safety and quality management practices and report non-compliances. • Analyse sales MIS, monitor demand, collections, and escrow account inflows/outflows.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or an MBA in construction management/real estate, and have 2–3 years of experience in project management or bill certification. They must demonstrate expert analytical and quantitative abilities, strong project-management skills, and the capacity to interpret complex business documents. Excellent written and oral communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. • Apply thorough knowledge of development regulations, approvals, and FAR/FSI requirements. • Hold a Bachelor’s in civil engineering/architecture or MBA in construction management/real estate. • Possess 2–3 years of project-management or bill‑certification experience. • Demonstrate expert analytical, quantitative, and project-management skills. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with high attention to detail.
