About the Role

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) leads integrated change and communications strategies to support transformations across a dispersed sales and marketing organization in EMEA, shaping the narrative and engagement strategy for capability rollouts. The role builds understanding, readiness, and momentum by delivering clear messaging, aligning stakeholders, increasing engagement, and orchestrating structured enablement experiences. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, program and project managers, the OCM ensures change initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, adopted, and sustained throughout the organization. They partner with country, zone, segment, and business leaders to embed change into operational plans, identify adoption risks and resistance points, deploy mitigation tactics, and monitor adoption, readiness, and impact using data‑driven insights. The manager develops comprehensive communication strategies, ensures messaging consistency across all channels, and creates high‑impact written, visual, and digital content tailored to diverse regional audiences. They leverage storytelling, design feedback mechanisms to monitor employee sentiment, report effectiveness with standard KPIs, facilitate enablement experiences such as workshops and digital campaigns, and lead crisis communication when needed. • Develop and execute change and communication strategies aligned with transformation objectives. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and program/project managers to launch and sustain change programmes. • Partner with country, zone, segment, and business leaders to embed change into operational plans. • Identify adoption risks and resistance; deploy mitigation tactics. • Monitor, analyze, and report on change adoption, readiness, and impact using data‑driven insights. • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups. • Create high‑impact written, visual, and digital content tailored to diverse regional audiences. • Design and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and refine strategies. • Facilitate enablement experiences such as workshops, training sessions, and digital campaigns. • Lead crisis communication and change management efforts as needed. • Support senior leadership with internal communications materials and strategic presentations. • Champion continuous improvement by surfacing best practices and lessons learned. • Manage multiple projects and priorities within a matrixed, multinational organization. • Utilize digital communication platforms (intranet, SharePoint, Teams) to disseminate content.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (any field; business, communications, or change management a plus), proven experience in organisational change management—preferably in a B2B sales environment—and certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organization, analytical expertise to assess impact metrics, familiarity with digital platforms (intranet, SharePoint, Teams), and high resilience and adaptability are also essential. • Apply PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent change management methodology (preferred certification).
