About the Role
Front Desk Clerks are responsible for creating positive guest experiences during check‑in and check‑out, managing reservations in the computer system, handling payments and invoices, and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests. They also maintain safety‑deposit boxes, restock the desk, provide local attraction information, and prepare reports for management. • Check guests in and out, ensuring memorable experiences • Enter and maintain reservation data in the system • Assist guests with reservation changes and availability inquiries • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise • Maintain safety‑deposit boxes • Process housekeeping and maintenance work orders • Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions • Prepare correspondence and management reports

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least six months of customer‑service experience, strong English communication skills, a courteous professional demeanor, and flexibility to cover shifting schedules. Ability to multitask, prioritize duties and handle cash/credit transactions is required; prior front‑desk or resort hospitality experience is a plus.
