About the Role

The role requires overseeing multiple project budgets, ensuring timelines, risks and reporting are managed, and chairing project meetings with clients and consultants. It also involves analysing future programme and portfolio strategies, supporting marketing and business development initiatives, and aligning business outcomes with project delivery. • Lead and manage projects and programs as the key client interface • Manage complex and diverse stakeholder relationships • Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion • Manage multiple project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track • Oversee project delivery across multiple projects and programmes to meet client requirements and expectations • Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction issues • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting • Chair project meetings with clients and consultants • Analyse and define future programme and portfolio strategies • Engage with marketing and business development initiatives • Drive business outcomes alongside project outcomes

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a recognised degree in a technical field such as Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or Cost Management, and has over seven years of project management experience, preferably in consultancy or client‑side roles within the real estate sector, especially healthcare. They must excel in high‑pressure environments, possess strong technical, communication, leadership and reporting skills, and be highly motivated to deliver client success. • Hold a recognised degree or equivalent in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Cost Management • Possess 7+ years of project management experience, preferably consultancy or client‑side • Have experience in real estate sectors, with specific expertise in the healthcare industry • Thrive in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments • Demonstrate technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the client interface • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong written and spoken English and report/bid writing abilities • Show strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a team
