About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports property upkeep by handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role also contributes to the make‑ready process to ensure units meet operational objectives. • Attend the property daily and maintain consistent onsite presence. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance to keep community areas functional and safe. • Assist with scheduling and executing maintenance for unit turnover (make‑ready) events. • Conduct daily cleanup of exterior grounds, breezeways, and common spaces. • Maintain swimming pools, record chemical levels, and ensure pool safety. • Inspect grounds and structures each day to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Execute the preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs. • Organize and stock the maintenance shop while adhering to safety and OSHA guidelines. • Support hazard communication initiatives and promote safe work practices. • Track service requests, maintenance logs, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service, monitoring response times and resident satisfaction. • Enforce community policies and report rule violations to supervisors. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties as needed.

What You Bring

Benefits
