About the Role
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Keep accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed. • Offer a high‑impact role supporting national growth with a collaborative team. • Provide a clear contract‑to‑perm path based on performance and opportunities for advancement. • Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering accommodations for disabilities and religious needs.

What You Bring
