About the Role

• Provide administrative support to management, including phone handling, typing, ordering supplies, filing, and scheduling meetings. • Produce reports, presentations, and documents using Word, Excel, and SAP. • Respond to customer inquiries about construction applications. • Compile and organize filings, draft correspondence, and submit documents to PUC and regulators. • Communicate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and contractors on issues and needs. • Assist the restoration process by placing PA One Calls, analyzing data, mapping information, obtaining meter reads, creating/updating work orders, and tracking data in SharePoint. • Process invoice requisitions, reconcile purchase card statements, manage confidential records, and arrange travel. • Maintain departmental databases and information systems. • Handle confidential records, SIRs, SLDs, approval letters, and gas applications. • Investigate report discrepancies and make administrative decisions. • Perform sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 20 lb.

What You Bring

• Require high school diploma or GED; 0‑2 years of general office experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. • Demonstrate strong initiative, judgment, and multitasking abilities. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collect, compile, and analyze data efficiently.
